As a relationship specialist, I am sensitive to diverse family groups, as well as to different beliefs and cultures. I work with the idea that individuals are inseparable from their network of relationships and we exist in parental relationships, couple/intimate relationships, sibling relationships and parental-child and adult-child relationships. Common goals for coming into therapy include improving communication, solving family problems, understanding and handling sensitive family and/or couple related issues to create a better and more understanding.

The focus during our pre therapy 20-minute telephone conversation, is to think about if my appraoch is a fit for you and how best to arrange our sessions together to bring about positive change. Online and face to face sessions last for approximately 50 minutes for individuals and 1h 15mins for couples/intimate partners and family groupings. Sessions are mostly held fortnightly.

Face-to-face sessions are held in my comfortable therapy rooms in Central Hackney, E8 Individual sessions are £95 (60mins) Couple sessions are £120 (70mins) and family groups £120-140 (70mins) . Online therapy sessions are £85 (60 mins). For couples/partnerships and family groups £95 (70 mins). 'Under one Roof Therapy' is based in Queen Anne Street W1G 9JB (Bond St tube) where I work with a small team of trusted therapists. Face to Face sessions are: £150 (60mins) for individuals £170 (70mins) for Couples/partners and families with children. £170-£250 (70mins) Family therapy with adult family members, dependent on group-size and the choice of working with two in-session experienced psychotherapists (called a reflecting team). If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide me at least 48 hours notice, I will try to offer an alternative like an online session or to reschedule, otherwise the full fee applies.
